The location was great to walk to the Transit to get anywhere we wanted to go. Staff was friendly, clean room, and we really had no issues. Only complaint was from the Art Bar restaurant. Took 45 mins for breakfast food to arrive. First it was waiting on bacon, then it was the fact they made choc chip pancakes instead of regular. When food came, my sons pancakes were so hard you couldn't cut them. The kids pancakes were clearly frozen pancakes compared to how fluffy and delish mine were. There was also no bacon. Waitress quickly corrected the issue with fresh pancakes and bacon. The person plating the food shouldn't never plated those pancakes. Very pleased how the error was corrected so chalk that up to a slight miss in the kitchen. Other than that, great hotel. I would stay there again.

We had a corner room which we really like as it generally has more windows. Room was spacious enough for the two of us, bed and pillows were comfortable and liked that there was a mini fridge and a small window that open slightly to get some fresh air. Location, Location, Location!! We have stayed here many times over the past 20 years - never disappointed. Close to everything yet has a much more relaxed feeling being just across the Charles River. Love the walking path and benches along the river. Lovely to stroll with a morning cup of coffee or just sit and take in the scenery. There is a mall just across the street and the Museum of Science is within walking distance.

The rooms were very comfortable. The location is good, close to the center of Boston, but you have to walk almost 2 km to get there. The area is very good and beautiful, with a park and the river just behind the hotel. There are two train stations relatively close (maybe 700 meters away). The hotel area is nice, but if you need a supermarket, you have to walk more than 1 km to find one. Only a few restaurants nearby and not good ones. The mall in front of the hotel is under renovation, so only a few stores are working.

Beautiful room overlooking the Charles River! Very Comfy bed with deluxe squishy pillows! Also, although I arrived later than expected I was upgraded for free to a King Size bed! Location close to where my son was living in Cambridge. I love that there was a lounge/restaurant that I was able to get a glass of wine after settling in. The Sunday brunch was amazing. I loved that it was a la carte! There also happened to be a jazz trio playing that was amazing!

The location was great - right next to the Charles River with paths and a green space between the hotel and the river bank. The hotel was clean and well managed. While the parking was listed at an outrageous $40/night (luckily no valet costing an extra tip), we had no problem getting free parting along the road on the river side of the hotel. (Note to get this you have to go to the hotels back entrance in the river side.)
